About the job:
- You take care of the design, administration, set-up and maintenance of IT system landscapes.
- You take over user support via ticket system, e-mail and if necessary by phone.
- You are responsible for independently resolving support tickets.
- You analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware.
About you:
- You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship or have comparable knowledge.
- You have a goal-oriented, systematic way of working, as well as a strong analytical mind.
- You are a team player, motivated and commited.
- You have confident and situational communication skills.
