About the job:

  • You take care of the design, administration, set-up and maintenance of IT system landscapes.
  • You take over user support via ticket system, e-mail and if necessary by phone.
  • You are responsible for independently resolving support tickets.
  • You analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware.

About you:

  • You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship or have comparable knowledge.
  • You have a goal-oriented, systematic way of working, as well as a strong analytical mind.
  • You are a team player, motivated and commited.
  • You have confident and situational communication skills.
