We’re looking for a teammate who’ll keep the administrative engine of our company running at full speed so we can continue delivering top-notch services to our global clients – including major players in the Oil & Gas and Transport industries. You’ve probably come across us at gas stations or airports without even knowing it. We’re the team working behind the scenes to make sure those services stay up and running – every single day.

What will you take care of?
• Shift planning – You'll keep track of who’s working when and help make sure everything runs efficiently.
• Payroll data preparation – You won’t be doing the payroll itself, but you’ll provide the accountant with clean, accurate inputs so everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
• Travel orders and business trips – You’ll prepare everything colleagues need when heading out – from documents to bookings.
• Office operations – Orders, mail, suppliers – all the small but essential stuff that keeps the office humming.
• Event planning – Teambuildings, celebrations, internal events – we’ll count on your creativity and organization skills.
• Day-to-day communication across our international team – informal, effective, and in English.
How do we know you're the one?
• You have solid admin experience? Great!
We need someone who’s already comfortable in this space and can jump in and take ownership without needing long onboarding.
• You’re available full-time
This is not a side gig – we need someone ready to be fully on board.
• English at B2 level or higher
You can communicate with confidence – both written and spoken. Our team is international.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, responsible, and discreet
You know the little things matter. What you promise, you deliver.
• Team spirit, but also independence
You collaborate easily but can manage your workload without constant oversight.
• Eagerness to learn new things
You’re not afraid to try new tools, approaches, or ways of working.
• Czech language on professional level
