About the job:
- You manage projects from start to finish.
- You implement ITSM systems at the customer and supervise the PDCA cycle.
- You advise customers on current topics in the IT security area.
- You can actively participate in the design of our “Managed Security Service” solutions.
- You plan and support extensive rollout processes and migrations.
- You create and maintain documentation.
About you:
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable education (security focus is an advantage).
- You bring knowledge of ISO27001, PCI-DSS or other ITSM standards.
- You bring passion and enthusiasm for ITSM.
- You feel at home in counseling.
- You are open-minded and willing to learn new things.
- You have a good command of English.
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented and solution-oriented manner.
