Not only since the age of the cloud, but already since 2001 the name ambiFOX stands for reliability, creativity and success in IT outsourcing. As one of the leading providers in the ASP market – especially in the area of tax consultants/auditors – we have specialized in the highly sensitive support of law firms and their clients.

Since 2018 we have been relying on the visionary network technology of 128T, we are Europe’s leading partner and operate the most complex 128T network structure.

2020

ambiFOX continues to grow: Doubling of the premises at Fleehook 1 in Ahaus.

2019

Spin-off of the successful product ambiWAN into ambiFOX network GmbH.

2018

Partnership with 128 Technology for THE SD-WAN solution. This is the starting signal for a new generation of site connectivity: ambiWAN.

2018

The company is constantly growing and at the beginning of the year the move to larger premises at Fleehook 1 in Ahaus is scheduled.

2016

Introduction of the IT outsourcing solution “MySaaS” as a white label product for IT service providers and software manufacturers.

2015

Participation through d.velop AG. In the same year, the merger of “KRP-IT.consulting GmbH” and “KRP-IT.asp GmbH” to “d.velop ambiFOX GmbH” took place.

Foundation of ambiFOX GmbH by the two shareholders and managing directors Fabian Gehling and
Daniel Gebing.

2013-2014

Design and development of the online document management system FOXDOX.

 

2009

Takeover by d.velop AG. In the same year, the merger of “KRP-IT.consulting GmbH” and “KRP-IT.asp GmbH” to “d.velop ambiFOX GmbH” took place.

2006-2012

Together with d.velop AG, a DMS archive especially for tax consultants and auditors was developed and operated as SaaS.

2004

Change of name to “KRP-IT.consulting GmbH” and simultaneous spin-off of “KRP-IT.asp GmbH”.

In the same year, the first tax consultants were taken over into the company’s own computer centre as
part of the IT outsourcing.

2003

EDP consolidation of the KRP tax consultant offices in Ahaus and Erfurt.

2001

ambiFOX GmbH was founded in 2001 as “Klaus Ribbert und Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH”
initially only for the IT support of clients of KRP Steuerberatung in Ahaus.

 

2020
